Compare product photos before you publish.

Upload the original product photo and its AI-edited version to measure visible pixel differences, then complete a human review of shape, labels, colors, and packaging details.

The comparison runs locally in your browser. This tool does not perform OCR, logo recognition, or marketplace compliance checks.

What happens after comparison?

The tool scales both photos onto one comparison canvas, measures pixel and color differences, and draws an orange heatmap. You then review the product details the browser cannot understand.

  1. Check resizing and crop changes.
  2. Inspect the overlay and heatmap.
  3. Complete the manual QA checklist.

What this tool measures

Each measurement answers a narrow technical question. None can decide whether the product still looks commercially or legally accurate.

Dimensions and aspect ratio
Exact source sizes plus the percentage change in width-to-height ratio, useful for spotting resize or crop changes.
RGB mean absolute error
The average per-channel difference from 0 to 255 after both images are drawn onto the same canvas.
Changed pixels
The share of pixels whose average RGB difference or opacity difference is greater than 24. Compression, resampling, and padded areas from an aspect-ratio change can also count as changes.
Average color shift
The average straight-line distance between corresponding RGB colors. It is not a calibrated color-management measurement.

Questions before you compare

Know what the numbers can and cannot tell you.

Are my product photos uploaded?

No. The current tool reads both files in your browser and does not send their contents to our server. Ordinary infrastructure logs may still record that the page itself was visited.

Does it recognize logos, labels, or text?

No. There is no OCR, logo recognition, or semantic image model. Use the heatmap to direct your attention, then inspect those details yourself.

Why can tiny edits create many changed pixels?

Resizing, JPEG compression, sharpening, shadows, and small alignment changes can affect neighboring pixels. Compare like-for-like source files when possible.

Does a low score mean the edited image is approved?

No. A low measured difference does not establish marketplace compliance, brand accuracy, product authenticity, or legal suitability.

Which files work?

Use JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 25 MB. Very large files are downscaled on the comparison canvas to protect browser performance, while their original dimensions remain visible in the results.
